Project: Transportation, drying and storage of pozzolana.

• Civil Works: Construction of foundations for the drying process towers and for supports of pipelines and conveyors for the sigma project 1. Civil works adaptations in the building of the flash dryer for the screening system and the transport of bulk handling.
• Mechanical Work: Mechanical assembly of the drying process tower with a diameter of 6 m and 43 m in height for the sigma 1 project. It includes: Supply, manufacture and assembly of the process tower, weighing 100 tons.
• Supply, manufacture and assembly of gas ducts from 10 m to 60 m high and weighing 70 tons.
• Supply, manufacture and assembly of galleries and structural supports for belt conveyors weighing 105 tons, includes: supply and application of primary and finishing paint.
• Mechanical installation of three 24 ”belt conveyors, 65 m, 70 m and 39 m, each with a length and a total weight of 65 tons.
• Mechanical installation of 2 bucket elevators and 48 tons.
• Mechanical installation of a vibrating screen.
• Supply, manufacture and assembly of 20 tons of hoppers and chutes.
• Supply and installation of insulation with aluminum cover for tower and ducts, with an area of 2,650 m².
